Pizza is a people pleaser and this one can be custom made for anyone. The surprise is in the sauce!

Peach Pear Apple Ginger Hot Sauce - Pizza
Ingredients

1- 3-ounce ball of Pizza dough or 1 prepared pizza crust

1/8 cup of Sauce (TVF- Peach Pear Apple Ginger Hot Sauce)

1 Tbsp. Honey

1/2 cup of Cheese of choice (Gorgonzola, Goat, Mozzarella, or Monterey Jack)

Optional items: Steak, Chicken, Fish, Cashews, Almonds, Pecans, Pine Nuts, Sauteed Onions. Reserve Fresh Spinach or Arugula as a Garnish.

Preparation

Preheat oven and pizza stone to 475 degrees.

Mix honey & TVF Peach Pear Apple Ginger Hot Sauce together. If using meats, you can marinate the meats with some of the sauce for a short time. Then sauté meats and vegetables until almost cooked. Organize other topping to be used.

Roll out dough, spoon sauce over dough and spread other toppings evenly on the pizza dough, top with cheese (of choice). Use a pizza peel or large spatulas to transfer pizza to a lightly greased baking sheet and bake in oven for 8 -15 minutes, or until cheese and crust are lightly browned.

After pizza is removed from oven and plated add fresh greens.

Serve while hot!
