About This Recipe
A very easy & popular dish to put together quickly. It also makes a great dip. Just put everything in a blender and blend together until smooth!
16 Button Cremini Mushrooms or 4 Portobello Mushrooms
2 Oz. Cream Cheese
3 Tbs. Terra Verde Foods Hatch Green Chile Sauce
3 Tbs. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbs. Asiago Cheese
Remove stems from mushrooms and reserve. Chop mushroom stems in food processor; add remaining ingredients to food processor bowl and process until smooth. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet, pipe mixture into mushroom caps. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.
May be served warm or at room temperature. Grate Asiago Cheese on to mushroom prior to serving.
This makes a great dip. Add all ingredients to a food processor and
blend until smooth.
