Spare ribs are so tender when you follow this recipe. "Slow Cooking" at its best. Then adding the TVF Spicy Cranberry Cherry Relish sauce mixed with TVF Capsiacin Sensation to make a sauce you really have a winner!
3 to 4 lbs. Pork Spareribs
1/2 Cup Light soy sauce
1/2 Cups TVF Spicy Cranberry Cherry Relish
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Terra Verde Foods Capsaicin Sensation™
1/4 Cup Orange juice
1 Tsp. Chinese Five Spice
1 clove Garlic, minced
Vegetable cooking spray
Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
Cut ribs into serving pieces; spray with vegetable cooking spray, place in shallow pan, meaty side down. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven 1 hour.
Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients, remove foil, and drain off fat. Brush both sides of ribs thoroughly with soy sauce mixture. Pour remaining sauce evenly over ribs. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes, brushing ribs with sauce every 10 minutes.
