Peach Blackberry Preserves:

Use at the end of a stir fry instead of a plum sauce for a fresh taste.

Use as a glaze for chicken, pork, brisket or ribs.

Use with cooked or raw carrots as a glaze or dipping sauce.

Heat it and use as a vegetable or meat dipping sauce.


Raspberry Cocoa Preserves:

Use as a topping for cheesecake or ice cream.

Use as a spread between cake layers.
